Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the parcel’s delivery date, provided the products are returned in perfect, unused condition. We also accept returns in cases where there is a quality issue or defect with the product.

To initiate a return, please contact us at andrewfrancombemotorart@gmail.com before sending anything back. In your email, be sure to include:

• Your order number

• Your full name

• The reason for the return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved you will be contacted with further instructions. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed quality issue.

Do not ship any items back without contacting us first, as we require specific information to properly process your return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
